Andrea started working with South Land Title in 2005. She started as a receptionist; quickly moved into different roles and was named Branch Manager in November of 2019. Andrea has a real knack for helping clear up problematic titles and is very knowledgeable about the Bolivar Peninsula. Andrea’s office has won the small market award multiple times within her 15 years working for the Crystal Beach office. She has also been named as an Employee of the Quarter among her peers. She is a longtime resident of the Bolivar Peninsula and very active in the community.
DEANNA JONES

Deanna entered the title industry in September 1998 as a policy typist in the Galleria area, quickly moving into an escrow assistant position. In 2001, she became an escrow officer and joined South Land in August 2003. Deanna quickly learned about Galveston and concentrated her efforts on residential transactions. Her willingness to jump in to help get the job done earned her the honor of being named Employee of the Quarter in July 2004 and Employee of the Quarter in July 2011. She was also named Employee of the Year in 2011.
GLORIA LARKIN

Gloria began her career in the title industry in 1992. Her closing expertise includes resale, foreclosures, short sales and refinance, in addition to home equity loans. She is a bilingual closer fluent in Spanish. Over the years Gloria has filled every role at a title company from an assistant greeting customers to office manager.
DEE JIMENEZ

Dee started in the title business in 1991. She began as a receptionist in the commercial division of a local title company and quickly advanced to an escrow processor within her first year. She was elevated to an escrow officer five years later and hasn't stopped since. She was born and raised in Baytown and attended Lee College. She and her husband Tomas have one daughter.
