PLANT - AMERICAN TITLE COMPANY OF HOUSTON

South Land and American Title's plants in Brazoria, Fort Bend, Galveston,
Harris and Montgomery counties have been able to produce exceptional service
during this extremely active time. The plants have been consistently providing
five to ten working day services from open order date to the issuance
of a Commitment for lot and block legal descriptions. The normal turnaround
time for tracts of land described in field notes varies, as can be expected,
and usually does not require more than fifteen working days. To expedite
and better serve our clients, certain files may be designated high priority
to produce a Commitment. South Land and American Title Company also offer
customer service products such as Nothing Further Certificates and other
title work products. The prices for these services vary, and South Land
and American Title Company are very competitive in its pricing structure.
